Are all
your drivers ladies?
Most of them are, yes. We have a couple of exceptions. One of them
is Joni and the other is Tony - the boss's husband. We like to give our
customers a choice!
Are your prices competetive?
We charge pretty much the going rate. For some specialised services such
as wheelchairs or unaccompanied children we may charge a little more but on the
whole, yes we are competetive.
Do you cover the whole of London?
We are based in Archway, North London and will take you anywhere you want to
go from there. If you are outside of that area we could still take you
and would charge from base to you and then to your destination.
Do you take unaccompanied children?
Yes we do. We offer a person to person service where we would pick the
child (or young person) up from maybe a teacher at school or a childminder and
then hand them over to someone else at the other end. The exception to
this would be if we were told they could let themselves in with a key when we
would make sure they got inside safely. Our minimum charge for this service
is £12.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes we do. As long as we know the age/weight of the child we can provide
the appropriate car seat. We have a supply of booster seats for the new
laws which come in in September. We have a minimum £2 charge per
seat.
Are you 24 hours?
No we're not. See seperate page for our current
opening times. We will do airport pick ups or returns outside
these hours but being ladies we do like our beauty sleep.
Do you take male passengers?
Yes we do. We are selective about the kind of passengers we take so if
you are rolling drunk and being abusive we may refuse to take you whether you're
male or female. Although we do take male passengers we cannot always
guarantee the girls will give them back!!
What vehicles do you have on your fleet?
We have people carriers, an estate car and a wheelchair accessible vehicle which
can also take 4 passengers as well as saloon and hatchback cars. We can
undertake most types of journey including small removals providing we have enough
notice.
Do you take animals?
Some of our drivers are animal lovers and can usually accomodate you and your
pet. We do ask that wherever possible the pet is contained in a box or
basket. and if it can't be, then a clean sheet must be provided. Would

Can I have a receipt?
Of course you can. Our receipts are written on the back of our cards which
all our drivers carry. If you want extra cards to hand out to your friends
- just ask.
Can I pay by credit card?
At the moment we don't offer that facility. We are currently looking at
taking paypal payments which can be sent over the internet. Watch this
space!!
